We're very excited to join the Lake Geneva community this Summer! We are looking for experienced restaurant managers for Buona's Ice Cream Shop - Rainbow Cone!

Since partnering with Rainbow Cone, we have opened dual-concept restaurants, allowing our guests to enjoy two Chicago-favorites under one roof.

As the Ice Cream Shop Manager, reporting under the GM, you’ll be responsible for creating a perfect dining experience for our guests through leadership, development, and a variety of industry-leading tools and strategies to manage all aspects of the operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant management role is required
• Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred
• Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred
• Familiar with and comfortable leading 10 team members per shift
• Financial acumen, particularly with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• QSR Trend Awareness
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year
